Portable Tool Electrical Transformers

High quality range of portable safety isolating Transformers for site electrics designed for power tools manufactured in accordance to ENO 60742 BS 3535.

They are double wound construction with the centre of the secondary winding connected to earth.

The sockets are to BS 4343 non-interchangeable types.

A single pole MCB provides a safety device against overloads and short circuits.

A 1.8m long 3 core 230v cable with moulded plug is connected to the transformer.

Electrical steel material.

Windings
Enamelled high-grade copper to EN 60317.

Windings protection
Varnish impregnation.

Case
Tough moulded yellow fibre-glass compound. All insulated splashproof case.
Safety re-settable thermal cut-out in primary circuit to prevent overload.
